Toffee's Commissions

I may deny a commission if it makes me uncomfortable in any way. Do not hesitate to ask me for clarification!

Currently, I only accept payment via Paypal or Cashapp in USD. I will not accept checks or gift cards. If you don't know how to pay a Paypal invoice, you can see how here.

You must pay in full before I start the commission. Once I have received the money I will begin working on your commission.

Refunds are only given before I start on the lineart of your commission. Once you have confirmed the first WIP I send you you're no longer able to get a refund.

Depending on the complexity of your commission I may increase the price.

If I am unable to complete your commission within a one-month period, you will receive a refund.

Currently I am doing commissions for personal usage only.

I do not allow my commissions to be used for NFTS, AI, etc. This includes AI training and/or alterations made with AI.

You consent to your art being used an example in my portfolio.

Not required, but I would appreciate it if you would post my artwork somewhere; please credit @toffeebrew or link back to any of my social media in some way.

Once I receive your response I will send a confirmation message to the contact method provided. Once I have received the money I will begin.

I will send a WIP within 3 days of payment. You are allowed 3 major revisions to the original sketch.

The commission will be completed (typically) within two weeks of receiving payment. Minor revisions are allowed.

My turnover rate is 3-5 days for an icon/ headshot commission and 5-10 days for a fullbody commission.

You can ask at any point for progress! Just give me a day to respond.

I accept rush commissions with an additional fee, provided that I approve the commission. If I am too busy to complete a rush commission at that time, I will let you know. Please note that I will need at least three days to complete the commission. I will need to know before I start the commission that it is a rush commission!
